    — 01Sound familiar?

If your Fridays are for report building, we should talk.

Most agencies come to us with at least three of these.

    • Account managers spend hours every week copy-pasting numbers into slides.
    • The dashboard says one thing, Ads Manager says another, the client notices.
    • Every new client means rebuilding the same dashboards from scratch.
    • Supermetrics + Sheets held it together at 10 clients. You have 25 now.
    • Clients ask what they got for their spend — you show clicks, they want revenue.
    • You'd love AI-anything on your data, but it lives in 12 places.

    — 02The offer

    The Agency Data Foundation.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Live in 3 weeks.

One project that replaces the duct tape. We land every client's marketing data into a BigQuery warehouse your agency owns, and model it into clean, reconciled tables — spend, clicks, conversions, leads, revenue — by client, platform, campaign, and day.

    What's included

    • Up to 5 data sources (ads platforms, GA4, CRM, call tracking, e-commerce)
    • Up to 20 client accounts connected
    • Warehouse setup in your Google Cloud — you own the project, the code, the data
    • dbt models with tests, so numbers reconcile with the platforms — and stay reconciled
    • Daily refresh, freshness alerts, documentation, and full handover

    What's not

    • Dashboards (that's the Reporting System, below)
    • Ongoing maintenance (that's the retainer, below)
    • Exotic sources and 5-year backfills (possible, priced as add-ons, no surprises)
    €6,000 — fixed.

No day rates. No scope creep. If it takes us longer, that's our problem.

    — 03Then what

    From foundation to fire-and-forget.

    01

    Client Reporting System

    from €4,000

White-label dashboards for every client from one template — performance, funnel, revenue, pacing — plus an agency-wide roll-up. New client onboarding drops from weeks to a morning.

    02

    Managed Data Infrastructure

    from €1,500/mo

APIs change, pipelines break, clients get added. We monitor, maintain, and extend everything we built — issues surface in our Slack channel before they surface in your client's meeting.

    03

    The AI layer

    retainer add-on

Once the foundation is solid: ask questions in plain English in Slack, automated anomaly alerts, first-draft client commentary written from the same numbers your dashboards read. Trust travels with every answer.

    — 04How it works

    Three weeks, start to keys.

    1. Week 0

      Fit call

15 minutes. We check your stack, client count, and sources fit the standard scope. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

    2. Week 1

      Access & ingestion

You grant access, we land every source into your warehouse. You'll see raw data flowing within days.

    3. Week 2

      Modeling

We build and test the models until warehouse numbers match platform numbers. This is the unglamorous part everyone else skips.

    4. Week 3

      Handover

Documentation, walkthrough, and the keys. It's your infrastructure — most agencies then ask us to run it, but that's your call, never a lock-in.

    — 05In their words

    What agency founders say
after the numbers finally line up.

    01 / 04

"Clean setup, sharp thinking, zero fluff."

We now have full visibility into the numbers that matter, which makes running a 7-figure company way easier and more confident. If you care about data being done right, Dorian is the guy.

    — 06FAQ

    The questions agencies actually ask.

The Foundation covers up to 20 accounts; beyond that we price additional blocks upfront, before kickoff. Still fixed, still no surprises.

Almost certainly. Off-the-shelf connectors when they exist, custom Python when they don't. The fit call is exactly for checking this.

Not on day one. Most agencies phase them out once the warehouse is live, because the warehouse is cheaper at scale and the numbers actually reconcile. Your call, your timeline.

You do. Your Google Cloud project, your dbt repo, your dashboards. If you ever bring it in-house, my final month is documenting it for your new hire.

That's what the managed retainer is for. Without it, you own the keys and the docs; with it, we catch breakage before your clients do.

A good analytics engineer costs €70k+ a year and takes three months to find. The Foundation costs less than one of their months and ships in three weeks. Hire later, on top of clean infrastructure — we'll even help them onboard.

Hi, I'm Dorian. I build the boring,
    reliable plumbing.

Four-plus years building production data systems for media agencies, SaaS, and e-commerce. Most "data help" sells dashboards and walks away from the pipeline that feeds them. I do the opposite — I own the boring part, so your client dashboards stay true.
