The challenge.
Ignite PPC was using a third-party reporting tool to track key client metrics like CPL and Cost-to-Contract across Google Ads and GoHighLevel.
The reports were often inaccurate or incomplete. Clients lost trust, and account managers wasted hours reconciling numbers by hand.
Scaling made it worse — every new client took a long manual setup before they could be reported on.

What we built.
We rebuilt the reporting stack from scratch. Direct integrations into Google Ads and GoHighLevel, custom matching logic to link accounts correctly, and a live-updating Looker Studio dashboard for every client.
The framework is modular: adding or removing a client is a config change, not a project.
