Olifant Digital was consolidating data from a long list of platforms — Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify — by hand.
Reporting lived in stitched-together Excel and Google Sheets files. Time-consuming, error-prone, and slow.
The lack of a centralized data system meant the agency couldn't make swift, data-driven decisions for clients.

What we built.
We implemented a modern data stack consolidating every source into a centralized warehouse on BigQuery.
On top of it, we built multi-page Looker Studio dashboards — covering sales, marketing, acquisition, and conversion — that update automatically every day. Same numbers, every meeting.
